☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is heated October thru May ☀ Beginning January 1st thru March 1st a fee of $200 per stay applies to have the pool heated. Please let us know if you would like this amenity upon booking so we can apply this fee. Thank you! ☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent. ☀ This house is on stilts so there are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms. ☀The pier is intended for picking up and dropping off guests, as well as launching or docking small recreational vehicles such as jet skis or fishing boats.
