Fantastic condo! For two people, plenty of room. Place was very clean, plenty of cookware, the balcony view was high up and we had a great view of the beach and the Gulf. We ate all our meals on the balcony looking at the Gulf! Madison and Cody checked in once a day during our three days to make sure everything was well and additionally were very prompt when we had a question. Check in was seamless and they had our parking pass prepared and the condo was very clean.

The remodel was beautiful. The location was perfect. The 7th floor is great for not being too close to noise at the pool and not so high up you end up with too much wind or dizziness. It was peaceful and clean. I had one issue with needing a tub stopper and they got right on it. I would suggest a thicker blanket/comforter for the beds but thankfully plenty of blankets were around to use. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again.

My husband and I had a great stay at Madison & Cody’s beach condo! It’s the perfect cozy space for a couple’s getaway. The condo has a beautiful beach view & is close to grocery stores, souvenir shops, and several restaurants. Madison & Cody were always available for questions & responded to us quickly

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, spacious and easy to cook meals in the kitchen. Comfortable rooms and close to plenty of restaurants. Would definitely come back with my family again!

Amazing condo with breathtaking views! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The balcony/view alone made the stay worth it — absolutely stunning day and night. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. I truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Would definitely visit again and stay here without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with incredible views!

Amity Escape @ Summer Salt was a lovely, clean, quiet home in which to retreat after days of sun & sand. The home has all the amenities we required. We would rent again.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, and the beach view was absolutely beautiful. We loved how easy it was to access the beach, which made the trip even more relaxing and convenient. The hot tub amenities were amazing and definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
